Eva Koper - The Stdntchef

Hi! My name is Eva. I am a student from The Netherlands and the brain behind TheStdntChef. From an early age I was already in the kitchen with my mother, where I developed my passion for cooking. I decided to expand my passion for cooking by studying International Hotel Management. During my college life, I found out that only a few students know how to cook, and friends often asked me for advice. This gave rise to the brilliant idea to give these students a helping hand with an Instagram. With the hope that from now on they will make a fresh meal, instead of a frozen pizza. Although, the recipes on TheStdntChef are also perfect for a family meal, as the recipes usually take no more than half an hour to make and are very simple!

A passion for healthy food has also developed over the years. This made me experiment with recipes to give it a healthy, but still very tasty twist. On my Instagram I also give tips on how you can improve your lifestyle. You can eat most recipes without feeling guilty! Most recipes are also vegetarian or even vegan. I hope with my recipes to inspire people to cook and bake more instead of eating pre-made food and to show how much fun it can be to make a fresh meal together.
