Apple Pie Baked Oats
The perfect breakfast; apple pie oats! Nothing better than dessert for breakfast, but without the guilt.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Mix the applesauce with the almond milk in a small bowl.
In a larger bowl (in which you will be baking the oats) mix the oats, egg white powder, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and a pinch of salt.
Combine the apple sauce and milk mixture with the dry ingredients. Mix well until all lumps are gone.
Add the apple and mix again until evenly combined. Sprinkle some apple pie spices or cinnamon on top.
Cover the bowl with a piece of aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, peel off the foil and place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Vegan: use plant-based milk and vegan protein powder. Seasoning: does not apply.
