Apple Pie Baked Oats

  • 100 g oats
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (vegan protein optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 200 ml milk
  • 6 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp apple pie seasoning (optional)


  • Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  • Mix the applesauce with the almond milk in a small bowl.
  • In a larger bowl (in which you will be baking the oats) mix the oats, egg white powder, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and a pinch of salt.
  • Combine the apple sauce and milk mixture with the dry ingredients. Mix well until all lumps are gone.
  • Add the apple and mix again until evenly combined. Sprinkle some apple pie spices or cinnamon on top.
  • Cover the bowl with a piece of aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, peel off the foil and place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.


Vegan: use plant-based milk and vegan protein powder.
Seasoning: does not apply.
