Baked Blueberry/Cherry Oats
The combinations of my fav breakfast, both as delicious!
Preheat the oven at 175 °C.
Mash the banana and mix it with the milk in a small bowl.
In a larger bowl (where you gonna bake the oats in) mix the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Put the banana and milk mixture together with the dry ingredients. Mix well until all the clumps are gone.
Add in the blueberries and mix again until evenly combined.
Cover the bowl with a piece of aluminium foil and place it in the oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes has passed, take of the foil and place it back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Vegan: use vegan protein powder and plant-based milk
