Baked Blueberry/Cherry Oats

  • Oven


  • 100 g oats
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1⅓ banana (120 g)


  • Preheat the oven at 175 °C.
  • Mash the banana and mix it with the milk in a small bowl.
  • In a larger bowl (where you gonna bake the oats in) mix the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  • Put the banana and milk mixture together with the dry ingredients. Mix well until all the clumps are gone.
  • Add in the blueberries and mix again until evenly combined.
  • Cover the bowl with a piece of aluminium foil and place it in the oven for 25 minutes. 
  • After 25 minutes has passed, take of the foil and place it back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.


Vegan: use vegan protein powder and plant-based milk
