Bell pepper Boats
A low-carbs recipe, which is high in protein, and super delicious! The combination of Shawarma spices and minced meat is the best part!
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and coat them with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put the peppers in the oven at 200 ° C for 10 min.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat, add the shawarma spices.
