Classic Avocado Egg Sandwich
The golden classic: avocado, egg and bacon! You can never go wrong with this one. The avocado and egg are delicious together and the bacon adds a lovely salty crisp to it!
Put the bacon in the oven for 10 minutes on 200 C. (I like them really crispy, so it depends on how you like them)
Meantime, whisk the eggs to make an omelette, add salt and pepper, and a little bit of milk. Fry the eggs in the pan.
Smash the avocado. Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Spread the mashed avocado on the toast. Add the omelette and bacon.
Vegan: not possible. Seasoning: Season the omelette with salt and peper. Season the avocado with garlic powder, salt, pepper and a little bit of lemon juice.
