Cod pasta with red pesto and peas
Fancy looking fish pasta! It only takes 15 minutes to make! All you have to do is cut the ingredients, put it in the oven and mix everything together.
Boil the pasta.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and put them in a baking dish with the cod.
Put it in the oven for 8-12 minutes (handle the cod type, check the packaging before cooking).
Add the pesto and peas to the pasta.
Transfer the pasta to a plate and add the tomatoes and cod. Add a little lemon if preferred.
Vegan: not possible. Seasoning: season the cod with cayenne powder, paprika powder, pepper and salt.
