This is a healthy version of my brothers double toasty!
Brush the outside of the bread with butter if preffered.
Cover the bread with 2 slices of turkey fillet and 1 slice of cheese.
Grill it in a sandwich maker or in a pan.
Meanwhile, fry the remaining 2 slices of turkey fillet in another pan. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over it to give it more flavour.
Break the egg on the turkey breast and fry.
Place half a carton of cheese on the egg and fry for 2 min.
Remove the sandwich from the pan and place the egg on top.
