Double Toasty

This is a healthy version of my brothers double toasty!

  • Frying pan


  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices bread
  • 3 slices cheese (lactose or vegan possible)
  • 8 slices turkey fillet


  • Brush the outside of the bread with butter if preffered.
  • Cover the bread with 2 slices of turkey fillet and 1 slice of cheese.
  • Grill it in a sandwich maker or in a pan.
  • Meanwhile, fry the remaining 2 slices of turkey fillet in another pan. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over it to give it more flavour.
  • Break the egg on the turkey breast and fry.
  • Place half a carton of cheese on the egg and fry for 2 min.
  • Remove the sandwich from the pan and place the egg on top.
