Smoked Duck Breast with Raspberry
A pretty recipe that looks super fancy, but actually takes 5 minutes to make and only has 5 ingredients! The recipe has a lovely balance between savoury and sweet.
Place a heap of lettuce melange on a plate.
Place 6 to 7 slices of smoked duck breast on top.
Drizzle over some raspberry dressing.
Put some raspberries and pecans on and next to it.
Vegan: not possible. Seasoning: no additional seasoning needed.
