ingredients
  

  • 2 flatbreads (for example naan bread)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 300 ml tomato sauce

instructions
 

  • Cut the mozzarella, tomatoes and zucchini.
  • Cover the flatbread firstly with the mozzarella, after that with tomatoes and zucchini.
  • Place the flatbreads in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

notes

Vegan: not possible.
Seasoning: add some basil on top.
