Hummus Pasta

Need a 15 minute recipe? Just use hummus as a sauce!
It's healthier than a pasta sauce from a jar and it's just as easy! Throw in some veggies with it and there you go!

  • 200 g spinach
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 300 g chicken thigh fillet
  • 100 g hummus
  • 150 g pasta


  • Boil the pasta
  • Fry the chicken. In the meantime, cut the mushrooms.
  • Add the vegetables when the chicken is done.
  • Add the hummus to the pasta and mix in the vegetables and chicken.


Vegan: remove the chicken. 
Seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder and cayenne pepper.
