Need a 15 minute recipe? Just use hummus as a sauce! It's healthier than a pasta sauce from a jar and it's just as easy! Throw in some veggies with it and there you go!
Boil the pasta
Fry the chicken. In the meantime, cut the mushrooms.
Add the vegetables when the chicken is done.
Add the hummus to the pasta and mix in the vegetables and chicken.
Vegan: remove the chicken. Seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder and cayenne pepper.
