Lapsang Souchon Marinade

  • 500 g chicken thigh
  • 2 tsp Lapsang Souchong tea
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp 5-spice powder

Vegetables

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 el Soysauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

instructions
 

  • Put the ingredients in a screw and grind it into a powdery whole.
  • Rub the piece of chicken with this mixture and let it rest covered in the refrigerator. Best is at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Bring the chicken to room temperature half an hour beforehand.
  • Preheat the oven at 220 ° C.
  • Cut the vegetables and marinade with soysauce, ginger, black pepper and garlic powder. 
  • Put the chicken together with the vegetables in an oven tray. 
  • Put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
