The most flexible dish ever; you can eat it as dinner, lunch, breakfast and snack and you can fill it with everything you prefer! So easy and super delicious!
Put the eggs and some milk in a mixing bowl and mix till it is a smooth texture.
Cut the mushrooms
Fry the egg and add the mushrooms straightaway.
Once the bottom of the egg is done, but the top is still soft, spread some tapenade on the wrap and place is on the egg. Push it gently so it sticks to the omelette. (you can also use salsa, tapenade, pesto, anything you prefer.)
Once the omelette is done, flip it over and bake it for 2 minutes. Fold the wrap in half and you got a delicious burrito!
