Quick Blueberry Baked Oats
Quick baked oats and it only takes 15 minutes! The flavor and texture of baked oats, but half of the oven time.
Preheat the oven at 200 °C
Smash the banana and add the milk.
In a different bowl mix the oats, protein powder and baking powder.
Add the milk/banana with the oats
Stir in the blueberries and chocolate chips and put it in an oven bowl.
Put little heaps of chocolate outspread on top and spread it with a fork.
Bake for 15 minutes. If you like them less creamy, bake them 20 minutes longer.
Vegan: use vegan protein powder and plant-based milk. Seasoning: does not apply.
