This recipe was the started at my 21 dinner! It looks so fancy but it is so easy to make! It only takes 15 minutes and it is also perfect for lunch or even dinner!
. Cut the avocado, salmon and cucumber into pieces and place in a bowl and add a little bit of lemon juice.
Mix everything together.
Put in a mold, press and remove the mold. Add the wasabi mayonaise on top.
Vegan: use bell pepper instead of salmon. Cut the bell pepper in cubes, cook in a frying pan and add some ginger, black pepper and soja sauce.
