Spicy Tuna Tartar
Basically an easy recipe of the spicy tuna sushi, but than in 15 minutes! The tuna is nice and spicy, with a refreshing bite of cucumber and avocado.
- Tartar mold (optional)
- 200 g tuna
- 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3-4 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 100 g (sushi) rice
- 1 avocado
- ½ cucumber
- ½ red onion
- Bring water to the boil and cook the rice.
- Meantime, mix the ingredients of the tuna.
- Cut avocado, cucumber and red onion into small pieces.
- If you don't have mold, just place it in a bowl. Put the rice in first, then top it with the tuna, avocado, cucumber and red onion, and drizzle the sauce on top.
