Super easy Carpaccio Pasta

A super easy carpaccio recipe which is done in 15 minutes!
I have noticed that not everyone is familar with carpaccio. Carpaccio is a Italian dish of meat, thinly sliced, and served raw. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely have to!

  • Cooking pan

  • 200 g carpaccio
  • 150 g pasta
  • 2 tsp pesto
  • 20 g parmesan
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 40 g arugula
  • 1 red pepper


  • Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta.
  • Cut the bell pepper into pieces and fry.
  • When the pasta is ready, mix it with the pesto and add the arugula and bell pepper.
  • Cut the carpaccio into pieces and put it in between the pasta.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and pine nuts.


Vegan: use vegan pesto and carpaccio. You can leave out the parmesan. 
Seasoning: no seasoning needed. The pesto and parmesan give this dish a lot of flavour.
