Teriyaki Stir Fry
A healthy recipe with only 5 ingredients and it's ready within 15 minutes!The cashews add a nice crisp to it.
Boil the rice.
Fry the chicken. When the chicken is ready, add the vegetables.
Fry the cashews a little brown in another pan if preferred.
Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and vegetables.
Vegan: use tempeh or vegan chicken pieces, instead of chicken. Seasoning: Marinate the chicken in the teriyaki sauce together with some onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder and chilli powder. Add these spices to the stir fry as well.
